Zernto ships to destinations around the world. Product and delivery availability can vary by destination, so please select your country or region in the store header before ordering.

Shipping costs

Available shipping options and their prices are displayed at checkout. Eligible orders of $40 USD or more receive free standard shipping. Currency conversions and local eligibility are shown for the selected market.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the destination, product, and shipping option. Any available estimate is shown at checkout or in your order updates. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, carriers, weather, or peak-season demand.

Delays and cancellations

If we learn that an order will be materially delayed, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order and provide the options required by applicable law. Depending on your location and the circumstances, these options may include agreeing to a revised delivery date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number and carrier link are sent after dispatch. Tracking events can take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing, and additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Customs and duties

International orders can be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local fees. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, they are the recipient's responsibility.
