Worldwide delivery

Zernto ships to destinations around the world. Product and delivery availability can vary by destination, so select your country or region before ordering.

Shipping costs

Buy any two eligible merchandise items in one order and receive free worldwide standard shipping. Orders containing only one merchandise item are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout. Package protection does not count as a merchandise item.

Processing and delivery

Your product page shows a date-based estimated delivery window calculated from the day you visit. The standard estimate is 12–15 days after the current date. The final availability and shipping options are confirmed at checkout. Estimates can be affected by customs, carriers, weather, address issues or peak-season demand.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the carrier and tracking link after dispatch. The first scan may take time to appear.

Address and phone accuracy

Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or local fees. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, they are the recipient's responsibility.
